Dewey in leasing will put $ numbers and months on the spreadsheet for drivers to select trucks for lease. Then when you go to sign the lease BOOM, $ numbers and months of lease change >. When questioned He'll state you must be confused. I saw it two weeks in a row in Orientation. Never tolerate those that Lie, Cheat, or Steal. RUN STAY AWAY !

Been for a few months. Not a bad experience so far. Some good and some bad. Agree that communication within the fleet is horrible and would hate if emergencies should arise. Freight rate bout the same since all struggle from pandemic issues. For me in Dade City be nice for full bathrooms with showers, toilets that work and a printout on work being charged via email for taxes. Also be nice for a working keypad for the gate during after hours. Finally mechanics that listen versus parts changer or as we say in the Marines “ selective interchange “. Trying to commit to four years till retirement and I promised self this is the last company I drive for so in prayer it works

Oct 16th just marked my 1yr anniversary with R.E Garrison. Ever since I started working with them, I have had the best experience, never had an issue. The Trucks are great, Love being at the terminal every chance I get. My Dispatcher AJ keeps me rolling and gets me home whenever I put in my request. Made the best choice!!!!

This used to be a great places from what I was told however my experience is a little different then what I would expect and would like
So you make each place what you can
If you can’t you simply move on the days of staying at one final place is gone.
Unfortunately I was hoping this was it but once again let down

They build them selves to be about the driver, but the experience I had was about my girlfriend and how they perceive her. I’m a black man with a Polynesian girlfriend. It seems very racial how they treated me and the accounting department was horrible the first week of orientation. I got a miserable two loads they paid me for the smaller of the 20 which was only 400 bucks. The crazy thing is it was the last load at the end before payroll went in. They gave me a hard time when I inquired about the rest of my money, and I quote delayed and payroll told me if I don’t pay you are you gonna quit or not pick up the road very unprofessional I would not recommend my worst enemy to drive for this company. That being said my dispatcher, Jacob was on top of his game. There was a gentleman in safety Colin he’s a great dude. Also another driver by the name of Mr. ham was very helpful in getting me going. To be honest, I can’t say if they are great company or not but what I can say is the back office is the worst that I have ever encountered for any trucking company in 20yrs. Processed with caution if your a person of color with them. I have a friend who white male is doing well with them

Most of the dispatchers are racist, they are prejudiced against gay people and Latinos
Rude and lazy
They will have some drivers like me to drive a deadhead to get a load 150 miles away just for the shipper to say they don't have a load for me! Then the Dispatch wants to drive 70 miles more to pick up a load . That happens frequently almost all week.
. DRIVES HAS TO PAY FOR THE FUEL WHEN YOU DRIVE EMPTY
In a month working as owner I never had a paycheck of more than $1000

Go up
