I negotiated with Rapid as a company to store, ship, handle & package their product. With that contract, Rapid provided a rate quote for FedEx charges. I paid each invoice remitted in a timely manner. On May 25, 2023, Rapid informed me that FedEx had increased their prices & as a result, during the look-back period, all the way to Nov 2020, I now owed an additional $20,025.58. This is a substantial amount to add to a customer’s bill retroactively. Furthermore, each year in Sept, FedEx announces rate changes for the following year. That means that rates for Nov-Dec of 2020 were announced in Sept of 2019 & rates for 2021 were announced in Sept of 2020. As a company that provides shipping & handling services for a living, it is your obligation to know when these rate changes are released & to give your clients at least thirty (30) days’ notice, which with over three (3) months constructive notice from FedEx, should have been accomplished easily. Any difference in the rate charged to me during that period is thus due to Rapid’s negligence & should be a cost borne by them, not me. In addition to the retroactive billing, during this time there were several orders that I was forced to refund due to damage during shipping. I was informed by Rapid, first that the insurance claim was denied because the claim was made after thirty (30) days, & then later than the insurance claim was denied because of insufficient packaging. Under the contract with Rapid it is the duty of Rapid to “provide safe, effective & efficient packaging of the product” & to “report all claims for damage”. If Rapid failed to file a timely insurance claim or that claim was rejected due to insufficient packaging, that liability is Rapid’s and the $4,669.08 should have been paid to me by Rapid. I was told that this amount would be remitted to them by Rapid, yet they never received the checks, nor was there a credit given on their account. In addition to the unpaid insurance claims, Rapid made a series of mistakes from 2021-2022 in sending customers, the wrong product, amounting to thousands of dollars in additional cost to me. Rapid should be liable to me for these costs experienced due to their negligence, not to mention the future lost sales, due to poor reviews of reliability & order accuracy. This hurt me immeasurably, with a financial cost ranging from $10k upwards. Rapid submitted inaccurate stock reports to me, causing them to be short on inventory & not be able to fulfill customer orders. The cost to me in lost sales was at least $2,500 upwards. In Sept-Nov of 2021, Rapid submitted inaccurate stock reports to me, causing them to be short on inventory & not be able to fulfill customer orders. The cost to me in lost sales was at least $2,500. In March of 2022 and again in April of 2022, Rapid put my account on hold, until invoices of over $70k were remitted immediately. During this time, I lost many orders, with customers choosing to cancel, rather than continue to wait on the product. Rapid stated that there were open invoices totaling $72,562.78, with $34,424.18 of unapplied payments, for a total balance due of $38,138.60. I remitted payments on these invoices in the amount of $44,028.90, overpaying by $5,890.30. I should not have had to remit $943.94 of the $38,138.60 invoices that Rapid claimed they owed. Rapid should have been liable for the undercharged shipping fees of $20,025.58, insurance claims totaling $4669.08 & the $12,500 in lost business & reputational damage, as each was due to Rapid’s own negligence. In May of 2022, Rapid again placed my account on hold, due to the unpaid balance on the account. Both this hold & the prior are triggered by non-payment clauses in the contract, but in fact as outlined above, I should have owed Rapid around $1k, rather than the $38,138.60 charged. Yet as their account was on hold & Rapid was threatening to destroy all my product, I paid these invoices, overpaying by $43,084.96. Rapid cost me approximately $110k in lost sales & an additional cost of $25k in shipping charges & $21k in oversize storage fees.

I have to put minimum 1-star rating, but would have rather chosen zero stars for this company. I recommend never sending your precious products to their "care". I worked with them for a mere 6 months after starting with my Team and I can't imagine having been stuck with them longer. It is now almost half a year from our liberation from them and we are STILL learning about difficulties and issues Rapid has caused for us. Upon exiting their service after an 87% FAILURE RATE of fulfilling anything accurately for some time (yes, I worked out the math), it was clear they did not then nor ever have any concern for our products or our company welfare. Projects were a struggle every single time and shoved back on our plates more often than not. Even getting tracking for some shipments from the representatives I came into contact with was a nightmare. I don't even want to recall the transfer of our inventory, which our new fulfillment house agreed was not correctly accomplished by Rapid despite MUCH instruction and discussion from our Team including written instructions from the new fulfillment house. Recently, we learned Rapid accidentally (?) switched 2 orders of 100units each that were supposed to be sent to Amazon for fulfillment. This means that for 2 products we listed through Amazon, the wrong item was sent to many of our customers / returned / complained about. We are now going through an audit of those products with Amazon which is costly in many ways. This week, we found that one of the final orders intended for Rapid fulfillment was simply created (shipping label) and never sent... This and the orders surrounding it were specifically discussed with our representatives and PROMISED they were handled, as we made it clear we did not trust their abilities by that time and double/triple checked. From condescending emails from their senior CS reps to actual inability to FULFILL, this is a terrible, terrible company to put your faith in and I suggest moving on.

This seems to be a call center/fulfillment center, however the business I ordered product from was from this address on their website. Infinity Access Revolution/Kind Habits, LLC. It said on the page I saw that the product I was to order was only 17 or 18 dollars, but I was charged over $150 for a bottle of gummies that were 'supposed' to help me lose weight. Scammers. My bank will not take off the charge for some reason... I used the gummies before I saw the charge on my credit card, and realized that I was scammed. They tried to scam me into some software too which was part of two charges totalling the $150. Don't get scammed by these lose weight companies out there. Never again.
