10-10 this is by far the best place I have ever unloaded. I got there a while after my appointment and they were able to fit me in even with them being slammed, all the ladies in the office were incredibly nice and understanding about me being late. I dealt with the lady that has all the tattoos and she was extremely helpful in my personal opinion she needs a huge raise along with all the other ladies in the office. As I stated 10-10 I hope I get the chance to unload here again sometime soon.

I know the absolutely nasty ugly scank that actually tried to hit on me with her broke as mustang with Texas plates. She’s the most likely “ worst” one of them in the office besides the chick that sat to her right that was screwing the married man who worked security across the lot at night. Which I found funny when I would show up like 30 to 45 mins early and she would walk across the lot to sit by the door. It’s really to bad that I was only there for a shot time and with my training and experience I learned in the few months this place is not just doing stuff illegally and illegal not just at the port “ like when I found “ Meath “ , weed, vape and heroin, along with syringes pipes, etc.. on a lift the owner showed up and tossed it. And then transferred me the very next Monday. Just cause he knew of my law enforcement background. The sad part is this is gonna take some time but audio and viedo evidence is paramount.. there’s so much I really do t want to. I actually liked you folks.

The staff inside the office were really helpful and nice. I had a appointment for a pickup. Showed up early and they took care of me. Shout out to Patrick, he help speed things along!

I had a pu. Brokers told me no appt there pu fcfs 7am to 3 pm .They are open 7-4.
I arrived 2 pm. Friday April 21 2023
I was the only one truck at that time!!!
Trying to check in but ,they specially the tattooed lady was so ignorant from first second .

They come up with all kind of excuses…..

Pu number , broker, merchandise, destination
appt ect … & mentioning. “we have man shortage on floor”!!!!!! It is my problem you b…h?
They (lady with lot lots of tattoo )so RUDE!!
They treat me like they’re enemies .
Constantly checking her watch.
Finally she come up with this:
If you have full load you need appt…so ridiculous
They NOT loaded my truck!!!
Just because was Friday 2 pm and was more important to them to go home instead to load my truck.
They playing game with me , my time , my family , my money ect.
You tattooed lady and your supervisor you have this job ( who was that idiot who hired you?!) because we truckers.
Very unprofessional with very rude attitude.!!!!!

You have attitude problems you should go to the therapist.

Every one crying over the mean lady ? she gives what is given. Absolutely a great place to load at. Everyone is cool and easy going. Will request loads from there whenever I'm in that area. If you walk in with a bad attitude that's what you'll get in return. Good people there.
