I’m not sure if they changed management here, but it feels like they’ve hired some wonderful staff. Montre has helped me a few times, and he is just fantastic—positive, helpful, and kind. The rest of the team has also been incredibly friendly every time I’ve visited. I’ve lived in the area for over three years, but this experience truly stood out and made me want to leave a review. Great job, Ralphs!

10/24/24 -Went in to get a few items while my daughter is a volleyball practice. My children and I waited patiently to be served at the deli counter, the associate seen us in line, where clearly it states the line “starts here” and when it was our turn he blatantly served another guest. My kids were confused. I was so embarrassed. We walked out and I told them never give money to an establishment who ignores you. Please do better.

Horrible experience at the hot food area waited to be helped older lady with glasses is always very rude to customers , as I was waiting in line she never asked the guy if he needed a bag then got upset with him when he did and said it’s 10 cents he was fine with that . When she was done with him she walked away and left me standing there not even saying a word to me and took care of someone else on the other side . She’s run and for a Saturday morning at 1145am there’s no need for it. So unprofessional!

Very organized, wkth a large variety of ready to go meals. from sushi to ribs, turkey, chicken , salads etc. Great place to shop if you are a tourist.

They are only getting a 1 star bc I wanted to say how bad this Ralphs is. Came here today to go grocery shopping but I need to use the electrical cart (luckily they have one) but you couldn't move the cart anywhere without bumping into something. They had most of the aisle blocked with stocking. At 8 am they didn't think that customers would be shopping? Then the workers see you trying to move around and they push next to you so you have to stop. One of the worse Ralphs I have ever been in.

Had a great experience. I received help from two of the employees (one guy was named Damani/Damoni) to find the things I needed and check out. Very professional, friendly and did their jobs well.

Great service! Great selection! Good neighborhood!

One thing that I found bothersome when I saw the guy at the bakery potty all the pastries in a big plastic bag to put them in a compost bin. I was shocked that they don't give their food to the homeless.

Was told to go to another register because I had too many items in my cart despite the fact that I was waiting in the self-checkout line for a half hour and there were no signs specifying such a rule. Terrible service.
