Office is very clean and smells good; very welcome my. Staff is friendly. I’ve not seen Rachel for a while but she was just as I remembered. She is very friendly and professional. She emphasized on what she was looking for during my exam and was very informative. She is willing to listen to any concerns you may have. Very good bedside manner. It’s nice to go to a place where you feel welcomed. Thank you for a great visit!

Everyone was very flexible as my area of concern changed in less that 24 hours. Despite me throwing a monkey wrench into the appointment plan, everyone continued with the same positive attitude and friendliness. I didn’t have to wait. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment there. Dr. Gillespie and her team are the best.

Rachel was very professional and interested in my concerns. The treatments were quick and efficient as was the scheduling for the next visit. Her support staff was also professional, pleasant, and efficient. A five star visit for sure.

Rachel seemed very thorough in looking over my body for skin concerns. However when looking at the report that evening I saw that she noted that I had conjunctivitis in both eyes yet nothing was ever said to me. I also saw that she noted things I could.do for some things like laser treatment when the only treatment talked about was my saying that I have been using my MK peel for my skin tags and she said yes that is good.
