I visit my sister from out of town and this is the place I come every time when I have a pile of items that will no longer fit in my carryon luggage. This time I came with windchimes which made for an interesting time to pack and they still had a box to ship it back for me. Roy (I believe is his name) is almost always there and is the most kind and helpful person. It's harder and harder to find great customer service anymore but this place is it. I hope they always stay in business for a very long time. I will be back!

I stopped by this location on a whim, since it's outside my regular route. I had to ship some large items and happened to be in the area. The new owner, Roy, helped me trouble shoot the cheapest shipping options as well as offer me creative solutions for a wonky order. He was calm, kind and genuine. His expertise was evident based on the questions he asked and the solutions he provided. And, bonus- he ships wine to most states in the US (a few are excluded)! I'll definitely be back and am planning on going out of my way to support his business in the future. I highly recommend the Rabbit Hole Post for all your shipping needs.
