They lived up to their name. My shipment left Orlando on Wednesday and was ready to be collected in Jamaica by the following Thursday. I am so impressed. Also very professional team. They are definitely my cargo shipper of choice from now on.

So it was my first time using this company and inquiring about freight forwarding services. I must've called 5x I a course of 2 months but everytime to receptionist was such a pleasure to speak with. The day I called for pick up, she was able to send out a driver immediately. The two individuals , male and female that came, were also so nice and a pleasure. The pick up was on a Monday. By the weekend, my shipment had sailed to its destination and I was able to pick up in less than 10 business days which, when you think about all the logistics of this service, was a great turnaround. I would definitely use them again

So, after saving up for months, and buying items to send home, I came across this business. Based on reviews, I figured this should be good. The customer service when getting set up for pick up & payment was great;pleasant people.
Barrel gets shipped; door-door service.
Can you imagine after receiving the barrel, we opened it, things were missing from it. Food was stolen. Even worse, clothing meant for the less fortunate, every single piece was stolen. We contacted the company on both ends. Jamaica & Florida, and to this day, they can't take accountability that they have thieves within their business. We were told they would review camera and contact us. That was weeks ago, matter of fact, make it a month, since February is over. Either they reviewed it and can't tell us what they saw, or they didn't review it at all to see who stole from children. At the end of the day, they got paid for a service and they care zero about the theft.
Nonetheless, lesson learned.
**I think if people that were shipping, also flew home to clear, they would realize items missing.

This is my first time using this shipping company and I am extremely impressed with their service. Barrels were picked up on 1/24/22 and my family in Kingston, Jamaica received barrels today 2/2/22. This company does stand by its name QUICKSHIP, because the time for shipping was extremely remarkable. They have also demonstrated professionalism and kindness during the process. Been shipping from here for +4 years and have had a good experience each time. Very helpful staff, affordable prices, and safe shipping. Shipment usually arrive as predicted or earlier. Highly recommend, especially to Jamaicans, since that is where I ship to but would ship to anywhere using them.
