As a woman, I can tell you that I am treated very respectfully and management is very professional and easy to work with. Looking forward to lots of good freight. Minding my business driving home on the 15 north through Apple Valley today and it is 3 lane freeway. This company's truck went from the center lane and cut me off at 75 mph to get into the fast lane. I had to hit my brakes as did everyone behind me. He then slowed down and we all were stuck behind 3 lanes taken by 3 trucks, all of which were speeding. (on dashcam)
- Integrity in any company is a must. Especially one that serves and works for and around the public. Obviously this company lacks integrity and general care for other people and the road. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY RO MOVE A DOGHOUSE.

I'm reposting this now after Milo attempted to hold an escrow from my former boss in a petty attempt at some kind of reverse blackmail.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SHOW RATE CONS FROM BROKERS TO THEIR POWER-ONLY DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS. To anyone who has been in this game for a while or is up to date on the SuperEgo lawsuit, this should pose as the first and largest red flag for you. Both Pure and SuperEgo are also both Serbian-owned carriers, so what a coincidence that is.

Plenty of former dispatchers for Chicagoland carriers have come forth recently and admitted that their bosses coerce them into hiding the actual rate from drivers or they lose their jobs. What makes you think this place is any different?

Lots of downtime between loads, planning is subpar. I'm not impressed with their ability to dispatch efficiently. At least once I have sat until the afternoon just to be dispatched on a loaded trailer that had been sitting in their yard for almost a week. There is also a lot of deadhead back to a well paying customer in Chicago, always in excess of 5 hours or 250 to 300 miles, depending on your route back to Chicago.

They'll take their unearned 20%, be lazy and inefficient, and try to blame you, the driver, for incidents that couldn't possibly happen.

Example: accusing you of removing nearly a dozen load securement devices from a fully loaded trailer of high value freight. I ask them how is that possible for me to even do? Their response was to attempt to slap a load claim on me and deduct it from the rate. Frankly, it all felt like a scam to extract profit, and I won't forgive them for that egregious accusation.

Find another carrier with a good reputation. I'm scared to think of what their Freightguard and carrier packets look like, but I doubt it's anything favorable for them. Good thing that information is kept mostly confidential.
