Ridiculous!! Several emails back and forth to Karla Pedroza and still cannot get the right forms to me. I work for the City and a customer of Pulltarps but today I have wasted so much time on emails as she is very distracted today from what I see and is asking me what forms do I need after I have already explained (several times). This is terrible customer service!!

Unable to follow simple measurements not willing to correct their mistakematerial they sold me not even suitable for commercial use I ordered through my local parts House I was standing there when they sent the measurements they contacted them to correct the mistake they were unwilling they wanted to charge again for correcting it
