Horrible company. Buyer beware. We had bought a large canopy from Farm Tek for less money and it lasted for 5+ years. We bought on from PTM this year and it's leaking already from the frame that has abrasive connections. We called they have no absolute warranty. The replacement for the fabric portion only was close to $1,000 when I paid about $1300 10 months ago for the whole frame and fabric. I then called Farm Tek and a much heavier one cost about $350 and arrived the next day and is warrantied for 10 years. What a huge difference in service and quality.

All your tarp and canopy need true but do not expect sound communication and accurate service. Over phone people confirms your item is ready for pick up as well as emails says same and when you show up for pick up, then it starts with "ohh, we do not have it in stock. Can we offer something different?" Hell, No.. I want what had been ordered. "Well, then you have to wait 20 min." Horrible experience of picking up product. Choose pick up only if you have whole day to spare to deal unprofessional drama.
