I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Having a driver pick someone up and say “well if I have to leave him in the grass then I’ll leave him in the grass” is mind blowing. Even spoke to a very nice lady about it and she said it would be handled. Unfortunately, not only is the driver like that at work but also on facebook in his personal life. Unlike the driver I won’t blast his name nor false information online. Instead, I truly refuse to recommend or associate with this company ever again.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. A driver in a light blue car with "ptl transportation" pulled into the parking lot I was already in. I came out of the building, and he was not in a spot. He was in the road way, blocking me in. I told him, "I need to leave. Can you move?" He started cursing me out calling me names and being completely and ridiculously rude; for no reason other than me asking him to move to a parking spot. I needed to get to work, and he was blocking me in. Disgusting. He was also in his late fifties or sixties, and had a young female passenger. He had the child locks on meaning she couldn't get out of the car herself. To me that seems inappropriate and like a major red flag.
