I recently had a string of frustrating experiences with this company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, their customer service was lacking. Communication was slow and often unclear, making it difficult to get the information I needed regarding my shipment.

I encountered multiple delays and when I reached out for updates, my calls and emails went unanswered for extended periods. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, the representatives I did manage to speak with seemed untrained and unable to provide any real solutions to my problems.

The person i used to work with at Priority one was generally nice but when they messed up it's deep. The assuming they made and keep telling us it will be done it will be done, and NOT. It screwed up a big deal. I never used them again. My personal experience with freight quote is much better. I had problems with one of the FQ representative but i spoke to the manager and they changed another representative, and it worked like a GEM. I had never been that stressful with any of the broker that i have used. Priority one is the first and the only one. Getting a quote is also not an easy route, they have to hang up and talk to their operations and then get back to you. Any questions, sales reps are not able to answer your question, they have to reach out their operation team and then again get back to you. Sometimes time critical shipment i have no time to waste. I would not recommend Prority One.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I set up an LTL shipment with a broker. He had all the information regarding the delivery. There was a weight variance, but I was told that it wasn't enough to change the class, so it should not have affected my cost. My customer had proper equipment to offload, but wound up having to assist the driver with the lift gate due to the pallet being broken somewhere in transit. Now they want to charge me an over $300 difference. The outrageous upcharge is offensive enough, but then to. be insulted over the phone when trying to go over this is completely unacceptable. We will never be using this company again.
