Envíe mi carga 21 de noviembre 2024 y ya estamos a 29 de Enero de 2025 y aún sin recibir, falta de respeto y responsabilidad, me comunico con la persona a cargo en Venezuela la Señora Johana y solo responde lo mismo en ruta, en tránsito y ya luego deja de dar respuestas, tratan al cliente como si fuéramos niños, no dan una respuesta seria y concreta, engañados con fechas estimadas, la culpa se la dan a la aduana, todo el peso se lo dejan a la aduana y luego me envían una factura adicional porque la aduana les aumentó eso es transparente para el cliente irresponsables, entreguen las cargas que recibieron y no roben más al cliente por supuestos aumentos aduanales. Los envíos se pagan antes de enviar deben prever todo tipo de situaciones. Única respuesta recibida en ruta, ya más de 2 meses y piden al cliente tener paciencia.

DENUNCIA 🔔Se hizo un envió con ésta empresa el 6 de Noviembre del 2024 y hoy estamos a 12 de febrero 2025 y las CAJAS NO HAN LLEGADO A SU DESTINO, VENEZUELA no contestan los whatsapp y la Oficina en Orlando no dan respuesta y las personas nunca están los responsables en Orlando como la SEÑORA ZARA Y EL SRJUAN NO DICEN NADA Y NO DAN LA CARA siempre es el mismo cuento y últimamente ya ni contestan en la página Instagram si se fijan bloquearon todos los comentarios para que la gente no diga nada. QUEREMOS RESPUESTAS YA DE MI PARTE DONDE SEA QUE PUEDA ESCRIBIR LO HARÉ PARA SER ESCUCHADA QUIERO RESPUESTAS DEN LA CARA SEAN RESPONSABLES NO JUEGUEN CON EL CLIENTE POR FAVOR ESO NO SE HACE UNO CONFÍO EN USTEDES COMO EMPRESA NO ES JUSTO QUE NOS HAGAN ESTO. NO ENVÍEN CON ESTA EMPRESA , son irresponsables no cumplen con los tiempos de entrega. Tengo una carga aérea desde hace más de dos semanas y se lavan las manos diciendo que está en país de tránsito, ellos tienen la libra un poco más económica que otras empresas de envío pero no tienen la capacidad de hacer que la carga llegue y sea entregada en el tiempo prometido. Señores lo barato sale caro, mejor envíen con su empresa de confianza u otra que cumpla con los tiempos. Primera y última que utilizo esta empresa irresponsable
