The two managers do a terrific job of putting friendly human faces on a huge storage corporation. They tell you the truth about where the corporation is flexible and where they are not. You can't expect more than that these days. Highly recommended due to the two onsite managers Phil & Steven!

This is a great storage facility. I had a 10X30 and all my belongings stored here for about 5 months while my house was being built. Customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend this storage facility if you need one in the Menifee, CA. area.

Steve was very professional and informative from the moment we began our contract to the day we had moved out. At the time we had taken advantage of getting our first month free which was a true blessing.

Storage lockers are clean, except for some leaves and dust that gets blown in. Make sure to bring a broom on your first day moving in.

Phil, the owner is really nice and accommodating. He made us feel welcome even during the move out process.

Have had our travel trailer stored at the Prime facility in Menifee/Murrieta for almost 3 years.

Excellent facility, very clean, secure with a great setup for our TT. Covered storage space was excellent.

If that wasn't enough the staff have been fantastic! Great customer service and very responsive.

They get my highest recommendation!

My family moved from Carson to (AMR)Menifee of 2022 and have our stuffs stored for more than 2 years. Speaking from own experience I don't have major issues of keeping our stuff. The main reason I discontinued 1/2025 due to storage unit rates is getting higher.I understand that too many factors that can affect the prices. I looked for alternative probably.

Employee are friendly and listen to my concerns and keep the facility very clean. Very pleased and feel safe leaving my belongings here. Prices are very reasonable as well
