I did not find communication to be very good when we used Pride Global Logistics when we used them to bring in a container from overseas. We scheduled the container to be delivered on a certain day and planned for staff to cover the delivery on that day. With only 24 hours of notice, the company told us it was being delivered early or we could pay an extra fee to have it delivered on the original agreed upon day. We ended up having to pay the fee because we couldn't re-staff in time. The container was also suppose to be delivered that afternoon between 2 and 4, and it arrived at our door at 8am with no notice. In an industry where good communication is key, I found them to really be lacking in it.
