Terrible, ordered online and walked into the store empty. Found the employee in the back on his phone. Told him I had a pickup order and showed him my phone with the two Açaí bowls. This employee points me to the fridge and says he just placed it in there. I pick up the bag and show him and he says yes that one. He looked at the receipt and confirms it. I was in a hurry so rushed out. This bag he gave me was a bowl he made, or someone made, August 6th. I picked up my order August 18th. Stay far away from this place, no solution provided by the store or anyone associated. Very disappointing.

This pressed juicery might be the worst store in the history of the world. I possess minimal faith that there is a singular way that this store could be worse than it is. If I had to explain hell to someone unfamiliar with Christian ideology, this is the example I’d use. For 3 days straight we have been unable to purchase açaí bowls. I cannot begin to describe the agony that this store has brought me. I hope nothing but the best for this store because there is nothing else I could wish; this store is the absolute exemplification of all things wrong and imperfect.

The overall vibe of the store was very welcoming. The drinks were great as well! I had the Beauty shot and it was amazing; my skin really felt rejuvenated after downing it. Particularly, Paula, who was working the front, was a ray of sunshine. She was very positive, knowledgeable, and recommended me the Beauty shot. Pressed is great! If you run into Paula, even better.

Great product but so often you come here and there’s no one at the front. This is probably a part time gig for the workers but yet, so often they seem very miserable and hardly ever smile. It’s very quite too so it can make it even more award. Some casual music would be welcoming.

Love the juices, the shots especially are well made. The sweetness and natural taste are pleasing and enjoying to drink, and a great refresher on hot summer days. The shots can range in strength depending in what you choose, which I absolutely love since I am able to taste new flavors of mixtures I haven’t before.

Absolutely dreadful service. After driving 30 minutes to get here/find a parking place, I waited in line for 20 minutes with two customers ahead of me in line. When it was finally my turn, I was told they were out of acai bowls. WHY DON"T YOU PUT UP A SIGN OR LET PEOPLE IN LINE KNOW THAT? I've always tipped the girls who work here generously. I make my own acai bowls at home now, save money and time.

We have been here three times now so I fee ready to review. The first was great so we came back. The second time they just opened and somehow weren’t ready for business - their acai machine needs time to freeze the goods and they don’t arrive early enough to be prepared when they open. (maybe you should show up earlier so that when you open, you’re actually able to serve your customers, what do I know?). We even asked when they would be ready to make their acai bowls - conduct their business - we could come back (take our money, please!) and she couldn’t tell us.. “I don’t know…” she sheepishly said. Great, super helpful.

Today we tried again for the final time, learning from our past mistake as customers, assuming they wouldn’t learn as business owners. It was closed. An hour after opening. No sign on the door, no one answering the phones. Business hours are posted as 8am - 8pm and we’re here at 9:05 to an empty business. Maybe more people weren’t pleased they couldn’t actually have any acai when the business was open. Or maybe someone caught on to their money laundering scheme? Either way, no more acai for us here.

Love this place! It’s small but they have awesome frozen yogurt (frozen yogurt that’s actually healthy). They also have these strong pressed juices, I personally love the citrus ones. They’ll give you a sample of whatever you wanna try (everything except the shots)
