Do not go there for Pre-Paid Drop-offs. I went there wanting to support small businesses. I had a UPS prepaid return. It was a barcode and not a label. She said they could not print a UPS label. "We are Power Postal, not a UPS store." But, all of you signs at the street and front of the store say you handle UPS. "You'll have to go to the UPS."
Was given attitude and condescending like I am supposed to know what they do and don't do when their signs say they handle UPS.
Will not be going back.
Went to the UPS store, and they were very busy but extremely nice. This was 12/28/23.
**** I understand the response and clarification of what they do and don't do. My one-star review is not because of this discrepancy. It is on the attitude and way that I was treated and the customer before me was treated. As a customer, I had no way of knowing this, and a simple clarification would not have been a problem. The tone and attitude I was given was unacceptable and warrants a 1 star rating.

I trust this shop with my life, literally. This has been my go-to postal shop for a couple of years now. Not only do they give you the best prices possible they go above and beyond to make sure your package leaves in the best possible conditions. So when I had to move across the country I chose to go with this place to ship my belongings. I haven't had a single problem, quite the opposite. Most of my packages come before the estimated arrival too! Great staff and amazing service!

I just shipped my leopard gecko through Power Postal. I must say from researching how to ship him out to making sure he will be okay has been the most stressful thing I have had to deal with. But the exceptional staff here helped me the entire way. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. Gave me perfect times to bring him in and she even called and let me know when he was out safe. I have had so much relief shipping with them because I know the place here genuinely cares and gives the best customer service that they can.

We love going to the store! My husband and I are always greeted with a smile, and they spend extra time asking questions, or explaining things that we need to know. I go often also to make copies and there is always some kind of laughter and banter going on between the staff and the customers. This is a hidden gem that you must try.!
