I have been coming here for the past year or so, I wouldn't say weekly, maybe monthly. It's always taken double the time that UPS takes but it seems like a small business and is just as close as UPS so I like to go here to support it. The past couple times weren't busy, just slow, but I kept going back because I didn't want to be that person, I was trying to be patient. Today was the final straw, it was so incredibly slow, nobody even acknowledges you while in line and it was one cashier helping people.
UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: The owner, Michael, did not appreciate this review so he came to my place of employment to track me down just to yell at me in a restaurant full of people. Not only is this completely unprofessional, it is also harassment. Google reviews are allowed for a reason, I did nothing wrong but write respectfully about my experience. Leaving a negative review does not warrant an owner to come to your workplace to make a scene. Beware of leaving an honest review for this company, he is likely to go "postal".

QUICK TO HELP WITH REAL ADVICE! ADORABLE CARDS AND PUZZLES AND GAMES...A VIBRANT BUBBLY NOTARY...DIVERSE AND SPOTLESS....AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE THOSE STAMPS NOBODY ELSE HAS!!!...IF YOU HATE YOUR MAIL DELIVERER OR RATHER IF THEY HATE YOU FOR NO REASON....IT'S A MONOPOLY...SO MY HUSBAND WENT WITH POSTAL PALM SPRINGS MAILBOXES...EVEN THEY ARE SHINY AND SPOTLESS...THE GOVERNMENT IS A MESS BUT LOCAL MOM N POP IS THE WAY TO GO!!! KEEP IT IN THE "FAMILY"....ALL YOUR POST OFFICE MONEY GOES TO THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION....ARE YOU A SUPPORTER? I DON'T JUDGE BUT I MEAN.....💚

This is my favorite place to go for all my mailing needs! I recently shipped some art and a mid century lamp to a friend that arrived perfectly. The owner built custom crates for all items. Highly recommended!!!

I find this place very friendly and convenient. I'm here for a year and have no car. So when I have to mail bills since I'm told never use a post mailing street boxe because they are broken into all the time i found out i could mail my post from here. So when i go food shopping nextdoor they are kind enough to mail it for me. To say thanks many times i buy a card from their wonderful card selection. They have always been extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this location. .

This place is terrible. Stood there for 4 minutes. While the girl at the counter chewed the fat with some customer and the owner paid attention to his alarm system and ignored me. Just left to their competition. Amazing how hard it is for business to provide quality customer service. I added this after reading the owners response. Amazingly he defends ignoring me - a customer. Your surveillance camera also pick up the convo your front desk woman was having with the customer? Because it was anything but professional and expedient. It was self indulgent personal talk. And maybe it wasn’t 10 minutes of waiting but it was long enough being ignored with 30 pounds of boxes to walk out. You saw me - a customer standing there instead you were consumed with this alarm guy and ignored me. Think I want to drive around Palm Springs 90 degree heat looking where to ship boxes for fun? And when you see a customer waiting why ignore them to work with the alarm company? Does the alarm company pay your bills? And I say terrible because this is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this here. My mother said give you a 2nd try. Funny how how the owner puts more effort into surveillance on customers who complain, than helping the customers who complained. I'm writing this because I wasted gas and a half hour.

I felt bad that I only needed a prepaid shipping label printed. I brought my own box so I only spent $1.35 for the label. The lady working there was very nice and so helpful. I was very appreciative. Definitely my new go to place for shipping.

Awful experience, beginning with having to wait on my walker outside on 110F for the Owner to finish cleaning the glass at the front door. Then after the clerk that took my order offered insurance for my parcels, he (the owner) took interrupted the transaction and denied the insurance and put another untrained employee to finish my transaction as they rushed me out of the store.
Very deplorable treatment of a situation they created.
