The lady working is pretty curt. The woman in line in front of me shipped a medium USPS flat-rate box. The cashier charged the woman $27; USPS website lists the price for this box (flat-rate, medium) as $16. A large USPS flat-rate box is $27.

When the customer questioned why the huge increase in price, the worker said "fine, you take the box to the post office. These are my prices!"

If you are shipping anything USPS, go to the actual post office just a few blocks away, or literally any other mailbox store. This one is a rip-off.

Absolute rip off! Your package will arrive, but the owner will always offer the $16 service even if it could arrive at the same time for $2. Go to the Venice post office 3 blocks down! They get paid hourly, not based on charging $8 for an envelope. There is also a UPS Store a couple blocks away. Know your options and don’t waste your money.

To the owner: If you want loyalty don’t rip off your customers. That hopefully only works once.

I was just dropping something off, but the clerk was very courteous and helpful. The place seemed well-organized, neat and well suited to meet the needs of post office box customers. It sure must be nice to have 24-hour access to postal boxes oh, something the post office itself no longer offers.

I think easily it is the most friendly shop I have been to in a long time. The person was so nice to me, he did everything so quickly and efficiently. The best is part is when they tell you that your tracking number for USPS will be emailed to you, they actually do! Completely trustworthy, kudos to person who runs this place! Simple, efficient and reasonable!

I've been a satisfied Postal Masters box holder since 2004 and never had any problems under previous ownership. The new owner, Mr. Chan, is very friendly with excellent customer service. If you are looking for a convenient, safe place to receive and send packages, a prestigious Marina del Rey address for your business or personal mail, or complete postal services at reasonable prices (to avoid the time and cost of going to a US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx location)...I highly recommend Postal Masters!!

needed to send some priority boxes to Michigan and these people took excellent care of my needs - much better to do business with than all the negative customer reviews on all the post offices in the near area - think the USPS should take a hint

Super super bad services, I gave them my Package yesterday and when I check usps tracking number nothing showed up and I called him and he said nobody picked up yet so hopefully tomorrow!!! It means 2 days waiting for pickup my Package....and finally hopefully!!!!!
Never back there. Don't waste your time.
