Before Christmas, I needed to return a pair of shoes and couldn’t make my way to the UPS store to drop off the package. I wasn’t even sure how it was suppose to be packaged as the directions were a little confusing. Besides that, I was under a time crunch to get the replacement pair before the holiday and my printer was not working properly. I decided to walk the 1/4 mile to Postal Connections which I’ve used in the past. I was hoping someone would be able to help me figure out the directions and that it was a designated UPS hub so I could avoid going elsewhere. The young lady at Postal Connections who helped me was amazing. I wish I knew her name. She not only helped me but took the time to finish packaging the return and slapped the label on after printing it out for me for $.35. I love that these services are provided. That day there was an issue w emailing the store from my email account. For whatever reason, my email wasn’t going through so she couldn’t print out the info for the package. The employee gave me a receipt and ensured me that she’d figure it out and have my package sent out the following work day. 4-5 days later I received the notification informing me that my return was processed and a replacement was on its way. The young woman was so helpful and sweet. Again, I don’t know her name but she works in the early evenings. Last week my mother had a return and needed to print a label, etc. She was dreading heading to the post office as the parking lot is always so crowded and small. I told her to go to Postal Connections around 5-6pm and maybe the same girl would be working and wiling to help. When she returned she was so happy because it was so stress free and easy. She wasn’t expecting that. I just want the owner(s) to know what a great job this employee is doing, and everyone else to know that Postal Connections is a great place for all your postal needs. You can avoid the post office, UPS Store, etc because they do it all here!!

I had a shipping emergency, honestly everything in my life is an emergency. But in this case I needed to ship a part to England. I used the wrong tape, labeled it wrong, wrong customs declarations.. all bad. It would have been returned costing me a small fortune. Luckily the girls at postal connections caught my mistakes and helped me get it straightened out. Thanks ladies for all the help.

I needed to mail off something for my job with the federal government. I wish I could remember the girl's name that helped me. I was a little stressed out because it was already a day late, and the employee was so helpful and so nice. I went in with a frown and left with a smile feeling so grateful. Thanks again postal connections....

Postal Connections has been there for a while and I used to frequent it when the original owner was still there. But since he passed, the store has gotten more and more busy looking, cluttered looking, and the staff that is usually there is very slow moving.

They are usually pleasant but often I just need to drop off and get a receipt and it seems to take forever. It makes me want to do all my shipping via USPS (which Raley's accepts and they are quick - even having to wait for a clerk and receipt goes faster).

It is a decent place, location helps but I desperately wish they could serve one faster.
(Side note: Parking on the Promenade is HORRIFIC).

I have been a customer for 10 plus years. Have always been promptly greeted and am able to get my packages for my small online business shipped out promptly. I have never had any issues here like i have run into at other similar places in the area( like Postal Connections Atwater). The two girls who i often see are always so courteous and polite. Even when i dont have everything ready for my shipment, they go above and beyond to make sure my package gets to where its going. Im thankful for this small business who supports other small businesses!!

I'm not one to leave reviews frequently, unless I experience outstanding service, or a very poor service. I felt the need to go out of my way to give Postal Connections in Merced a 5-star rating based on my first experience earlier today. I was in and out within 5 minutes or less (which was awesome because i stopped by on my lunch break). The staff member (whose name I did not catch) was extremely friendly and helpful. She saved me from unnecessarily spending money on purchasing a new packaging envelope and took on the entire process of repackaging my opened bag and placing the new label while also covering up old labels. Great, quick, friendly experience is all I can ask for and they exceeded these areas!

This is the most efficient, friendly and reliable service in my area. The owner and the worker are very pleasant and friendly. They show care to their customers individually. I send them prepaid label by email and never got charged for this, opposite to the others:)

Overall the place is good. However in one of the 4 employees, the old lady with a pair of glasses was terrible. She has not patience and was so greedy that she always try charged us in any way she could.

Be careful when you meet that old lady. Prepare your label and make sure everything is ready.

Other employees are way more better. The slim young man is kind and helpful. The other lady is nice.
