Drivers where misinformed. In the treatment area MASKS are required. I have been treated here for over 3 years and had never been told that masks are Optional. If I was incorrect I would apologize for my reviw, but I am NOT.

When asked by nurse's at USRC dyialsis center, the two drivers refused to wear the mask. The sing are posted at every entrances, for the safety of all patients in the facilities. What lack of respect and concern from the driver to staff and the other dyialsis patients. Rules are for everyone.

Zero stars. It is stressful when the driver arrives 29 minutes late when people depend on this service to arrive to their medical appointments on time. Some doctors will reschedule when a patient is 10 minutes late. I schedule the ride with some cushion time, but 1/2 hour tardiness is unacceptable. Today, my mother's driver arrived 29 minutes late and told their dispatcher that they were already at my mother's address when he wasn't. Cameras abound. Adults, don't fib.

Came through for us big time..twice. Once trying to get home from a nursing facility who could only get me home at midnight and again when a prearranged transport failed to show for a critical Doctors appointment. They are kind, caring and accommodating from Owner to drivers to office staff. Use this service! They are wonderful folks.

I was so pleased with the recent ride I had booked yesterday for my mother in law. She needed a ride to a banking appointment and the Possibilities driver arrived on time, was very courteous and kind. I will use them again for any future appointments.

First time using medical transport for my dad who is in wheelchair. What a great experience!! Driver was on time and he was so kind to my dad. Treated him like family. I am calling Possibilities for every appointment
I will also add Loretta in the office was so helpful and really nice to deal with. Great company

I was taken to my medical appointment, and the driver said a different return pickup. I called the dispatcher, she insured me that I would be pick up at the time I quoted. Well that did not happen. She told me that would not come and pick me up to take home. I would not recommend them . BE CAREFUL, DON’T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU😥. I DON’T WANT THEM TO HAVE NOT 1 STAR, THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED.
