Portal is great for any growing business! This was the perfect next step for my side hustle that had grown too large to run out of my home. In just a few days, I was moved in and operational. The space is functional for e-commerce offering daily shipping with the 3 major providers. The space is beautiful and modern, and the wifi is lightning fast. Chuck, the manager, is so accommodating and helpful. He really fosters a collaborative community among the tenants.

We outgrew the space at Portal and were in a place to get our own commercial lease, which would not have been possible had I not had the chance to operate and grow (on a short term lease) with Portal. Highly recommend!

Chuck the warehouse manager runs an amazing operation that allows you to focus on your business, and not be distracted with day to day warehouse/front of house tasks. Our experience at Portal has been great! Chuck, the site manager, has been a pleasure to work with and is available for questions and open to suggestions to make any changes that would benefit the customers. Shipping items is easy with all major carriers making pick ups from the warehouse during weekdays. We love that there are delivery bays for large deliveries and moving equipment available to shift stuff around like dollies and pallet jacks. So glad we found Portal.
