We arrived late at home to find a water leakage around house. When I called the emergency line it was answered by the owners son ( not an answering machine). They came out and fixed the pipe without messing up our manicured lawn. This is a well run business and they will be who I call from now on. Superior company in every way!!!

John came out to check our furnace which we thought may have smelled gas, but since Covid my smell isn't working, VERY DANGEROUS!
He checked everything including air, and cleaned everything so nicely. We got on the plan so that they come out every 6 months or sooner if needed and save 15% on parts.
I trust them very much. John explained everything to us about maintenance of the unit and filters.
We just bought this new place and it wasn't kept up very well.
Thank you very much. This reflects well on the owners.

I’m the owner of Geronimo’s Event Center in Forestdale, Alabama!! I have to give this company and especially their technician John a 10 hands up on a great job done. I called and got an appointment within a couple of days. John arrived on time the day of my appointment and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole time at my building. He did an excellent job from A to Z. I highly recommend this company for the services they provide.

When our heat went out I called and within 1 day I had an appointment scheduled and heat was restored. Even though the issue itself needed farther work the guy who came to work on it for us was able to get it running for us in the meantime. The professionalism and honesty without trying to just make a buck that was my experience seals the deal for this company being the only one I will ever use and refer to anyone else. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Just had our spring AC checkup. We have been using Polar Bear for 4 years now. Love them. Today I had Patrick for my technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!
