I have work with PMI Prince Williams for the past 4 years. Julie and Erin are just great to work with and for. They are super responsive and always answer my calls and emails (super fast) and you can tell they have a true passion and commitment for customer service and always being available for their customers. It's nice to work with a company that truly CARES about their customers and their vendors. The HOA's we manage that use PMI Prince William always say how great and "on top of things" they are. Super easy to work with and for!

I don’t understand PMI having no availability to accept payments when it is less than a mile from the properties. They considers it an inconvenience to show up at their office. I don’t agree with their policy in limiting servicing our community when we are the customers.

Where do I even begin with Julie and her amazing team? I was the HOA President of a brand new board in a brand new community that was unfortunately set up with very little (and often confusing) structure and governing documents. As President, my first order of business was to contract a new management company for our HOA, and that's when I found PMI Prince William and Julie Hebdon.

She immediately came in and evaluated where we were needed to be, both structurally and financially, to maintain the integrity of our community. Julie helped us create a new budget, implement and enforce the covenants in our governing documents, establish order with our membership meetings, and made sure that we were in complete compliance with our Board meetings and obligations.

Julie and team consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were operating as efficiently as possible as a governing Board, and proved to be a godsend to a community that was in dire need of comprehensive and professional management.

PMI Prince William is an excellent management company! I highly recommend this management company to Home Owners Associations who are looking for a fast turn around, efficient, and well qualified management company.
