On 3/23/25 i called David D about a load and was treated with total disrespect he wasn't knowledgeable about the load and didn't seem to want to be bothered and proceeded to hang up on me like a little school girl. From the reviews I have read the owns are good people I would hope they don't Condon this type of behavior from there employees we all need to work together and have a professional relationship

I have moved everything from small partial loads to full loads to loads that need special permits like huge mining equipment that had to then be taken by the trucker off road and up steep mountain gravel roads while being pulled by a doser and pushed by an excavator, and I can only say one thing, absolutely perfect every time, never a problem too big or unsolvable, always with a smile 100percent good friendly service, big thanks David, always a client

I have worked with Mark, the owner of Platt & Associates, for the last 5 years and he does not disappoint. He is professional, attentive and most importantly holds his company to a high standard, which is not common nowadays with brokers. He has top of the line software to ensure quick responses on lead times, historicals, and permitting as well as decades of knowledge in the industry. What you see is what you get and I appreciate him taking all the smoke and mirrors out of the brokerage business. Up front about cost, communicates any issues, and is honest about what to expect. Mark Platt and Associates is always our go to for moving equipment and corresponding falloff loads. From coast to coast and into Canada, he always comes through. We even ask him for trucks locally on occasion and the answer is always "yes".
