Our family ended up in a discussion about our favorite pizza places last night, and although we live in Colorado now, it was totally unanimous that Pizza Star is our collective favorite of *all* the pizza places. The white pizza was always our go-to, but everything we ever got was incredible. The ranch, oh man, the ranch—we miss it terribly. The owners were always so nice and treated us kindly every time we stopped in—you could tell they really cared about their business and providing the community with quality food and excellent service. After our discussion, it occurred to me that a review is the least I can do to support one of our family’s favorite establishments even if we can’t eat there ourselves any longer (though, if we are ever in the area, there’s no doubt we will). I don't live in the area but I work at the smoke shop next door. I was not expecting to find my new favorite pizza place in Columbiana but I'm glad I did! The food is perfect and the bang for the buck is definitely worth it. Definitely stop by and check out this "hidden gem"!

I consider myself to be a bit of a pizza snob and feel that Pizza Star is heavily underrated. We have ordered multiple times and each time our order is correct and delicious. The pizza crust is always crispy and ingredients always taste fresh. We even veered away from Pizza Star to try other recommended pizza places in the area that left us disappointed. I highly recommend Pizza Star for traditional & reasonably priced New York pizza made right.

Everything on the menu is phenomenal. The pizzas, calzones, wings, salads, pasta, EVERYTHING. It has been perfect each and every time. Please support this restaurant, they will not disappoint you. We love this Columbiana gem.
