Imagine my disgust when I found the end of Pepsi dispenser cover in the bottom of my drink. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, we were told “well it’s cleaned every night.” Really? It didn’t make me feel any better being I had almost finished my drink before I found it. So we asked for some type of compensation. We were give 10% off the price of my sandwich - which amounted to $1.00 off. So I then went to the front to speak with the manager. It had truly ruined my meal. I inquired how would you feel after finding that in your drink? No response - I know accidents happen, but seriously they took an $1 off and an attitude of they could basically careless …. We will not be returning! See pictures

Usually pretty decent but we were stuck there for an hour and it wasn’t that busy we were the 2nd set of people to get seated they screwed up our order so I was finished eating before they brought the boyfriends corrected order out and we just got a sorry the other waitress grabbed your order no discount no coupons just a half ass apology,DO BETTER PEOPLE! We left a tip but probably shouldn’t have.

I have been to this restaurant in person and ordered delivery and either way the service is always awful. Drinks aren’t refilled at tables and the waiters would rather talk then pay attention to the customers that are paying them. Delivery orders get messed up every time and the workers are just flat out rude. it’s your job to make to make customers feel valued and this establishment does not do that..

Great family atmosphere and place. Love their lunch specials and delicious pizza. Always eat here when we visit Illinois.

I ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza, cheese bread sticks, and a salad.
The salad was ok. The pizza had very little to no sausage absolutely no flavor, the cheese sticks were absolutely flavorless. If I were pana residents I'd stick to Jack Flash pizza hut. I will not be back to pizza man.

I've always liked the pizza and bread sticks, and I'll probably stick to ordering them in the future!
2 of us tried pasta dishes today, and they were both interesting. My chicken parm dish had the thinnest slice of mozzarella - I pushed back the sauce to try to find the cheese, and I didn't see it. I asked the server, and they said it was under the sauce. I scraped some more off and my fork finally got caught by what was apparently the cheese. It was definitely there, but it wasn't what I've come to expect for chicken parmesan in general. Another person ordered lasagna, and it was bowtie pasta instead of lasagna noodles. They didn't notice cheese inside of it either - just the nice layer of cheese on top.
There's (presumably paid for) advertising all over, so I would expect the restaurant would have the resources/inventory in stock to fulfill customer expectations.

As I mentioned at the top, I'll look forward to pizza and bread sticks in the future! We probably won't try the pasta again though.

Don't ever ever get the lunch deal too go. The personal pizza and all you can eat soup and salad bar. If you get it too go they weigh your salad and no soup was even offered. Cost me over 20 dollars too get a lunch while I am working in the fields. Won't ever happen again. What a deal huh !
