This take out location (with drive thru) has a typical wait time for a simple order can range from 15 minutes to 20 minutes. At this location, they have many pizza options including wings and chicken Alfredo. They are located at the very end closest to Walmart next to the Cell phone repair (CPR) and the nail salon.

My pizza was missing the green peppers amd was on a thin crust my deep dish looked like a handtossed. Cinnisticks so greasy not fit to eat. Call to complain get hing up on 2 times go to the store and gonna give me a $10 credit spent 36 bucks. Saying it was half eaten when 1 pizza was missing 1 slice the other 2 slices that's because I have teenage kids. .

I used to be a Papa John's lover. But ever since I went to this Pizza Hut I have sworn off Papa Johns! The pizza here is always delicious and NEVER gets a soggy crust! The GM and every employee there are always SO friendly and helpful and kind! I hope someone from corporate reads these because this location needs to be the model for which every store strives! 10/10 recommend this location!

Ordered a delivery order ahead of time. Had delivery scheduled for 8:45 pm. Our order didn’t show up until after 9:15. That’s 30 minutes late. If you can’t get orders out on time when they’re scheduled for a specific time then don’t do delivery and close down. We were fine for 3 years in our area without Pizza Hut and we’ll be fine again. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the order late but our pizza was doughy and not fully cooked. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered online and the order was supposed to be ready in 18 minutes. After arriving I stayed in line for 10 and then went inside to wait another 20 minutes to yet still get the wrong pizza. Very disappointed very glad Domino's is coming to Moody

Sign on the door says, order one large pizza at full price and get a free large one topping pizza. I went in to get it, myself and another customer were both told this and I walked out annoyed as the women wouldn’t honor the sign as it said clearly you order one. You get one. It’s false advertising and if you’re falsely advertising Day one, what’s the next 30 days gonna look like? Bad business and poor customer service. Get it together Pizza Hut or take the sign down

This is the slowest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I tried 3 different times thinking it was a 1 or 2 time thing. Nope, every time. I will not be back to this location. Papa John's is where it's at.
