I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Pilot Freight that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. My order was dropped off at their warehouse on Tuesday, and I was expecting delivery to my home by Thursday as promised. Come Friday, with no sign of my package, I called their so-called "customer service" only to be fed a blatant lie that my order wasn’t even in the warehouse yet. When I called them out—because I could see it had been sitting there for THREE DAYS—the rep had the nerve to put me on hold, only to come back and admit it was there all along. But here’s the kicker: they casually informed me they couldn’t deliver it until NEXT WEEK. I needed this order by Saturday, and now it’s useless to me. I had to cancel the whole thing because by next week, I won’t even need it anymore. Incompetent, dishonest, and completely unreliable—Pilot Freight is a logistical nightmare. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to and let down.

I ordered blinds through Home Depot and they used this company for oversized blind delivery. It was estimated to be delivered 2 weeks ago and every day I call to inquire they change the estimated delivery day to be the same day...but it never shows up. I had to call the install company two separate times to reschedule now I'm backup on their own list for an additional month and I still don't have any blinds delivered yet from Pilot/Maersk.

First they cancelled my appointment without telling me. We had to call and reschedule. Then they never showed up today. When we called to find out why, they said they called. We never got a call. They said their drivers GPS showed them at our location, but our cameras show they were never here. They said their was too much snow in our driveway to make the delivery. We don't even have a driveway. Pilot is unprofessional and dishonest. 0/10 would not recommend. Would rather pay premium for a service that's worth a damn.

What a terrible company. Why these companies use these guys for shipping is beyond me. I ordered through Walmart and it was suppose to be here on December 19. So the 20th comes along and I call them. The guy I talked to says it’s on a truck for delivery. So being the holiday I understand. I wait all day and nothing. Call again the next day and the a lady this time said it just got there. So now I’m not sure what to believe. So on the 22nd I talk to her again and she said it can’t be delivered until the following week because the delivery company they use can’t do it until then and to call them. So I did and the delivery company said no one even set up a delivery yet with them to deliver it. So lied to again. The lady from the delivery company called them to see if they did set something up and verified they didn’t and my package was sitting on the dock. So I called Walmart and cancelled the order. And then once I did that I talked to the lady again and told her don’t even bother trying to set up a delivery because I was cancelling it so I don’t care what they do with at this point. It sat there since the 18th and they didn’t even try and get it to me. Then tried to blame it on a delivery company they never even contacted. I will never buy from any store that uses this company ever again. Believe the reviews

We had a great experience, when I called they answered and gave facts, they followed up with an email when the call ended like they promised, they delivered our large item earlier than expected. Everyone I talked to was helpful , including the driver.

Surprised to see some of these reviews. I had an order through Walmart through them. It missed the truck that it was supposed to be through the final delivery company. My item was needed for a birthday gift. I called them and let them know the issue. Within an hr, they had found a driver and got it delivered within 6 hours of my initial phone call. I spoke to 2 different people at the company and both were incredibly helpful. My experience was 10/10

wish there was anything lower than 1 star. worst service you can ever imagine in all ways. they will schedule delivery and not show up. no body showed up after the first scheduled delivery 12/09/19 and when i contacted Pilot they said it was automatically scheduled. SERIOUSLY!! then i was informed the package had not arrived at their facility and i would contacted to reschedule the delivery once it arrives. tracking showed the package arrived at their facility on 12/12/19 and i did not hear anything from them so i called them on 12/18/19 and they said let's schedule your delivery. it was scheduled for 12/20/19 and again nobody showed up after i took a day off of work. i did not get a proper answer from customer care and they hung up on me. their customer service is the worst of all time. i ended up cancelling my order with Dell due to many calls to Pilot and not being able to get a definite answer from them.

I had to come and pick my package up. I waited two rescheduled drop off times, nothing came, eventually called, kept getting a voicemail. Finally reached someone, was told that my package didnt even make it on the truck, eventually had to drive an hour to pick it up. Once there I noticed that the warehouse was very unorganized. But I appreciate the fact that they pulled my package for easy pick up. Hench the 3 stars, but for what it's worth going to pick it up was better than waiting. But if I paid 100+ for shipping you would think it would've been better. Do better guys
