Came in last night after accidentally slicing my finger open with a knife while I was washing dishes - big oops! The team brought me back immediately, and were super kind, empathetic and supportive as they prepped me for stitches. Matthew (the attending PA) did an excellent job with the sutures, educated me on how to take care of them and when to come back to get them taken out. Both him and the X-ray tech who assisted me (I didn’t catch her name!) were both 10/10 with great bedside manner and overall just really nice people!

I had a great experience here! Check in was via an app on my phone, so no common pens and clipboards. The wait was short. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and caring. I was seen promptly and had my issue addressed and treatment with medication ordered in a caring and timely manner. Highly recommend!

I went and got my DOT physical yesterday and made the appointment and was seen 30 minutes later.. Dr. Amani was absolutely fantastic during the whole physical. Very knowledgeable and pleasant listened to everything I had to say and the staff was incredible also. I recommend this place for all your needs. Thank you so much

2.5 hours past my appointment time to get a Zpack. This place screams private equity.

You go online and the world is your oyster, appointment times galore. So you book it during lunch, because you have work and other things to do. Instead, you sit in a lobby from 11:15-12:50 waiting to see a Dr, see the Dr at 1, talk with them for <4 minutes, wait for a prescription writeup, and you're out the door at 1:30. The worst part...they use their employees as a sympathy play vs admitting they understaff to help all the folks in the fund. I saw this sign and felt sicker than when I came in, because its complete bs.

I've done work physicals at other places but this was my first time here. I was greeted immediately, registration was quick and the wait area was nice. Liz called me to the back and apologized for the wait (which wasn't bad compared to the wait at other places) but she was polite and respectful of my needs the entire time. Matt did my exam and I was on my way. I'd rather come here for all work related physicals in the future. I did come back for my TB test results and again, I was in and out on a Sunday!

Set my appointment on my phone and entered all my information. Receptionist was very nice and helpful, I got there about 10 minutes early,. I was able to get in and see the Doctor on time and out within 1/2 hour of appointment. Doctor was thorough and very helpful with information on my condition, would recommend to pre register, great experience.

All the staff were very friendly. I like that the RN asked if I wanted to be tested for things like COVID, strep, etc. instead of assuming I wanted those because I would’ve politely declined. The PA came in and listened to my concerns and did prescribe a couple of things but left one of them as a “delayed fill” so I could wait and see if symptoms subsided or continued. I like that he didn’t just push an antibiotic on me if it’s not going to do anything except mess up my gut biome. This was just yesterday so I’m still waiting to see if the sinusitis gets worse. I really don’t like going to the doctor or taking unecessary meds but probably felt a little pressured to go from co-workers but at least the experience was a good one. If I have to go again in the future I would go to this location.
