Ate at this place the other night. It's a chain restaurant. However, it's an upper chain. The ambiance is very nice. We especially liked the booth seating. The service is always professional. As far as the food it's usually good but I've had a time or two where it was oversauced. Other than that, it's a nice place to have a decent meal!

I was skeptical at first since It's a chain restaurant, but boy was I surprised. This place is so much different. Very clean and beautifully designed. I felt welcome the moment I walked in. Miguel, the manager, made sure I felt at home both by making sure our table had everything we needed and by engaging in a small conversation. I loved their Lo Mein and my boyfried enjoed fried rice and Kung Pao Chicken. I'm planning on trying the dessert menu next time, because it looks delish.

We went for a late dinner on the weekend and enjoyed delicious food. The ma po tofu was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fried rice had a generous amount of tofu, which we appreciated. The kung pao chicken could have used a bit more spice. Ordering lo mein as a side with an entrée comes at $5, but it’s just plain lo mein without any veggies, which feels overpriced. Drinks were fantastic. Service was quick.

Bartender Meg is a great server and I truly enjoyed my experience. She was really friendly and I had an amazing time talking to her. I hope to dine in the future. Not only that, the peach boba breeze is delicious. I got a ton of refills and had a great bathroom.

Thank you guys I enjoyed the food and atmosphere, this was a great experience for my family and I and we had a wonderful dinner, at a very nice restaurant, with a top notch waiter- (Ernest), thanks Ernest it was great to meet you!! Great food! Great service by our waiter, Michael (Northbrook location)! Our favorite place to celebrate birthdays! Love the food! Please bring back the Mandarin Crunch Salad!! P.F. Chang’s is my favorite restaurant! Great dessert!

Hoping this was a one off experience.
There were 8 of us. Didn't get drinks after 20 min, so we asked for them only to be told our server was busy and would be with us soon. We all ordered our food together, however only 4 of us received our food. Server took order for remaining 4 a second time, of which only 3 delivered. 8th person had to order a 3rd time to get his food. We were there for two hours for a 1 hour work lunch. We all ordered the 3 course meal with two extra appetizers. Not sure if server is new but very little effort on their part to serve us. It was like he got confused and just gave up. The manager did come out and apologize (profusely) and tried to make it right best she could. Food was absolutely delicious.

Took our family of 5 here this week for a birthday and they had food for all the kids that were portioned right and delicious. It’s always a win when all the kids finish their meals and no leftovers! Service was great and they brought out some kids practice chop sticks for us. Def recommend for a family dinner spot!
