Friendly, courteous staff. They are open for grooming, baths, etc. on the weekends. They accommodate my schedule and I am always satisfied with the services we receive. Andrew is the groomer I request. He's absolutely fantastic. Our Pomeranian loves going to see Andrew. It's just an awesome experience for, both, my dog and my husband and me. I recommend Petsense in Troy for all of your pet needs. You won't be disappointed

I lost track of time and was late to my grooming appointment. Thankfully the staff went above and beyond to help me get my dogs in and cleaned. They even gave the little guy a scarf and he was so proud when he came out to show us! 5 starts to the entire 2:30 crew and the groomers!

This pet store has lots of small pet supplies with a large variety to choose from. I have purchased several items for my turtle. The location is great as well. Publix is in the same shopping center as well as several fast food restaurants beside and in front of the store.

We went in for a new collar for our great Dane and found a really cute one. We were going to get a new tag made but changed our minds. Such a variety of options. Also saw washes starting at $10.
