We needed a space last minute to hold a big delivery and I foung Peninsula Storage very close to our office and they had a great response, very prompt to help and it took less than 10 min to get a locker, find my storage unit and set everything up. Great service!

Dear Marci AI customer bot, Your contrived words and basis of fact are not derived from reality and you ill-advised attempts to shift blame does not recognize that you accepted a parial payment and gave me a very small window to up my credit card to pay the remaining. I did it less than hour.

You took this money and in less than an hour when I called back you sold my storage with everything about my history, important documents. You made a promise to me, your customer, not your unscrupulous vendors.

My situation should have come first, since i paid first. Sound like you have very unethical policy in favor of your auction vendors. After your renter pays 20k or so over 3 years I hope everything reads this runs away.

Pennisula storage is not a trustworthy company. If you are read this, i beg you, go somewhere else. There is nothing good about this company and they absolutely dont care about you. I can only regard them as a theifs.They bet on you not having the legal resources to take them to court. Please dont go
here

Future customers. Think about this. Is this the kind of company you want store inportant stuff in a place like this, where bots are their customer service mechanism? Its a big stap in the face. Just dont do it.

Great experience. Clean, safe complex and units. Very nice and friendly staff.

Looks like a trailer park. Entrances surrounded by RVs. Doesn't look safe or easy to access. Not wide clearance to turn in the driveways and vehicles do not appear to move for weeks on the street. Photos do not really show real conditions around the facility. Now they shifted around the corner but still surround the facility. But customers can go see the dire conditions themselves. If you feel comfortable rolling the dice with your stuff give this place a try but I wouldn't. Really needs to improve neighborhood and curb appeal and maybe security.

1. Reasonable prices. In today's economy, capitalism thrives. Competition drives competitive pricing. And these guys got it.

2. Great staff. In today's society, where we deal with self entitled narcissists on a regular basis, it's nice to be able to deal with someone professional and courteous.

3. Secure. They have cameras in various locations. And during office hours their staff do laps around the property. It's nice to know that they keep an eye on things.

4. There's a single uni-bathroom. It's kept very clean. I still haven't bothered to ask if it's ok to use or not but they keep it unlocked, so on those days where I'm in a literal pinch, it's a mercy. It's kept clean. If it is available for customers, thank you, you've saved my pants and pride at least twice. If it's like... employee bathroom... well, then, just forget I said anything.

I have to stop by again after laundry is done, I'll send picture of this fine establishment then and update this review.

This is our second time renting from Peninsula Storage Center and we'd return again if we need to. The staff's professionalism is a huge plus and the grounds are well kept and secured.
