Zero stars if possible. I had recently moved out of Pekin at the beginning of January my last payment to PWW was at the end of December I was called today at the end of April that I had a bill for over 1k to them when going in to observe my bill and what would have caused such a spike in the 3 months (they said I couldn’t shut off back in January until there was a new owner of the property but water and everything else was shut off ) they had said that there were racking late charges on my bill and when asked why I was never informed when paying the bill there in person that there were interest stacking late charges on my account they simple said they don’t have to because it is on the bill that they mail (to my PREVIOUS property). And after this the manager of PWW is impossible to get ahold of to dispute this, this place should be condemned the way they operate business is skeezy and dirty especially for a government facility they should be ashamed, and I’m glad from this point forward I don’t have to deal with them.

There is absolutely nothing good to say about the customer service the City of Pekin provides. If I could rate with negative stars for this "service", I would rate them a perfect -10! Seriously, if you are considering a move to Pekin, do yourself a favor and reconsider.

Told me that i could call the water company in thirty minutes due to a bill issue i resolved. I waited thirty minutes did as i was told. Water company said no word from waste water Management. That i should try back in an hour. Waited the hour. Still no response from these people. They have no regard for there customers or their immediate needs. They'll get to you when they get to you. Welcome to the city of Pekin. Most public official office's have this attitude. City of greed indeed.

I wish I didn't move to Pekin. They have already raised the price the 1st month. You have no choice on garbage service. You pay what they say they want.
