Do not store your items here. I had one of their *container* units to hold furniture, mattress, rugs, etc. while I found a house. When I went to empty out the unit, I found dirt all over every horizontal surface and water damage for items that rested on the floor. One item, a lovely entry table, molded and the wood swelled and began to rot. A rug had to go in the trash.  The mattress has to be disposed of too.

The storage management said there was nothing they could do for me since I didn't get the extra insurance. Their unit floods and rains dirt on my belongings and they don't seem to want to even try to make it right.

Be warned! Choose another storage location.

Person in charge was not helpful. Almost zero storage spaces available. Only 5 x 8. I questioned the attendant why he said, "These are $59.95". I told him that their website said $50 per month. He said, "Well, straight from the horse's mouth, $59.95". I just motioned to my wife with my head, "Let's go". That was that. We went to another facility and rented a much larger space than two of the 5 x 8 at Pecos. It was only a few dollars more and it's climate-controlled. Pecos is very hot.

This is the best place I have found to store RVs and large boats. It also has metal containers in several sizes so you can store all your positions. The facility is always clean and well lighted. It also has top of the line security. The locationl right next to the freeway makes it easy to get in and out. There is also a U haul rental right in the front so you can rent a large truck to move all your stuff. The staff is very friendly and they will help in any way. This is where I store my stuff from time to time and it has always worked out great.

A little tricky getting to but worth it! Brian really took good care of me and made it super easy with renting my uhaul. Brian answered all my questions and made the rough start of move a little easier. Will use again in the future!

Rande, The one thing I like the most about Pecos Storage, aside from the excellent facilities including a dump station, competitively priced propane, and an RV wash area with power washers, is you. I have never had a problem with contacting you directly. I have found that your staff is exceedingly helpful and willing to go above and beyond for your customer/friends. Your support of local charities and youth groups is heartwarming. Your business feels more like working with friends and helping neighbors than just renting a space somewhere. Thank you for that.
