She was able to make this beautiful arrangement for me last minute with only a hour heads up, after discovering my friend with cancer is beginning her transition. I spent $100 for this beautiful arrangement. I asked her for purples and pop of color. This arrangement brought so much joy to my friend during a hard time. I can’t thank you enough!!! This florist is extremely talented! Will be always buying flowers from her again in the future! I must also point out she was very sweet during a very hard time, her kindness is remembered.

What a disappointment!! Not only did I not get anything like what I ordered, and showed a picture of, but it was over budget and then I was treated with scorn and such rudeness I will NEVER go back. So sorry that a local business does not value its customers nor see the value of treating people with kindness and respect. Would not recommend this shop which is very unfortunate.

I ordered flower arrangements for my mom's 80th birthday last week. There are pictures on their website, but no prices, so it is difficult to understand what should I expect for the money spend. Spoke with Jackie originally and tried to explain over the phone what kind of arrangements I would like for my mom on this important day. Communication could be better for sure, I asked if Emily, the owner that was supposed to make the arrangement and Jackie told me that I should trust her completely, could at least send me a photo of the arrangement before delivery and call me to clarify.. I just paid $100 with delivery and was counting on them to do their job and at least to communicate to me via phone or email. Well, had to follow up myself, Emily never called, no picture sent, after my brother sent me the picture I would say it is an ok arrangement but does not worth the money I paid for. Just a suggestion to communicate better, add prices to your website and maybe ask if there are flowers that people might be allergic for especially when you tell them that this is for 80 year old woman. I told mom to throw away lilys. Very disappointing experience. I don't mind to pay, but at least let me know in advance what to expect for almost $80 bouquet. This is not the first time I am buying flowers in my life, and it is surprising to me to see that flowers in Vermont can be so much more expensive than in New York. Update as of August 29th: checked my credit card statement, apparently they charged me $25 for delivery again and total came out to $132 when I agreed to pay $100 with delivery. Not trustworthy business.

Emily did an absolutely amazing job at my brother in-law Rick Bailey’s funeral service. It was very apparent that she put her heart into her work and many people commented on the flowers and how they stood out so beautifully. When purchasing the order, Emily was so compassionate and sympathetic. I highly recommend her!!

What a wonderful flower shop! I called Emily yesterday to tell her I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet to my extraordinary friend, who had never had flowers sent to her in her life. Emily instantly understood the importance of this bouquet and created a gorgeous combination of pastel dahlias and Foxgloves which was absolutely exquisite. She delivered the bouquet to my friend at her office a couple of hours later and succeeded in creating a lovely memory. Thank you so much Emily for your kindness and artistry. I recommend your lovely shop highly.

I called without notice looking for 2 dozen mixed color roses on the day I needed them, my anniversary. With only a few hours to prepare the fresh roses received that morning they were able to fulfill my order in spectacular fashion. I ordered them wrapped with baby's breath and ferns and could not be happier with the presentation, clearly professional and arranged with personal care. The service was quick and easy, both ordering and picking them up, the sales woman even helped me pick out an appropriate card. The cost was reasonable (even a little less than I expected), but the value was fantastic, these roses lasted nearly 3 weeks.

Emily was super helpful with our wedding flowers. She was able to create and beautiful arrangement, just the way we wanted, and was also able to get us a small flower bundle for our wedding cake! Emily was so accommodating with timelines, as our wedding day timeline got completely changed, she was able to assist with the earlier pick up we needed. The flower arrangements were a little pricier, but turned out nice!
