I always get wonderful service here. We come for oil changes and service, and I have bought a vehicle here before.
I love the free snacks, water, and other beverages they have while you wait! ❤️
I would have bought my most recent truck here, but in 2021, it was difficult to find trucks.
I saw a review saying they treat women like crap here, but I have never had that issue.
Overall, we are super happy with the service.

We took my MIL's Jeep in today for a standard oil change. We had an appointment for 10am and arrived at 9:45. They got the car back quickly and began to work on it. A tech came in and asked if we wanted the tires rotated as well and we agreed. We watched as they changed the oil and rotated the tires and rolled the car outside to be picked up. As it neared 11am, we asked the receptionist if there was an update since we saw they rolled it out. She said no, without checking or asking the techs, and said that they would bring us the keys when they were done. Sat back down and waited for another 45mins as we watched the tech sit on his phone. It wasn't until 12pm that he came in and said the car was ready and just now finishing up. With a timestamp of 12:06pm, it absolutely does not take over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I sat for an hour and a half for no reason and was charged an additional $30 for the tire rotation. We will be looking elsewhere for its next service.

Bought a new Dodge Hornet and the experience with Pearl Dodge was 5 star. No haggling, honest and helpful with what we wanted. Chad was great to work with and Joe made our purchase even better the day of pick up. We traveled from north side of Chicago and it was well worth it. Recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Pearl CJDR, and I had the pleasure of working with Nick Wagner and Jim Skidmore. They both made gave me a no pressure, hassle free experience and got me into exactly what I was looking for. I had my kids with me and even still they were extremely attentive and made us all feel as comfortable as possible while we went through the process. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Kevin and Joe were a great sales team. Very helpful with no pressure put on me as a customer. One of the most straightforward and enjoyable car dealership experiences I’ve had. The finance manager was very personable and polite as well. Great place to buy a new Dodge.
