Buyer Beware!! When placing online orders. Do not pay for expedited shipping. Order a part and was supposed to be delivered overnight next morning. I received it at the end of the day a day late. Contacted them to express my concern after going around in circles with FedEx. Of course nothing was done by fedex or PC nation and I was out that extra money for no reason.
Then the part had no directions. I had to use GOOGLE to figure how to install.

ALERT!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is by far the Worst company to deal with. I purchased some speaker from Amazon that came from PCNation. When I received them, I realized that they would not work with my Surround Sound system, so I returned them the next day. A couple of days later, I got a notice stating that they were not going to return my money because they stated an alternate item (damaged) was sent back. I have never done such a thing, so when they accused me of this, I explained my case, then they then said that I needed to contact UPS. Sadly, I don't own the relationship with UPS, so when I called they said I didn't have the appropriate credentials. I keep trying to call PCNation and they keep putting me off and telling me that they will call me back - which has Never happened.

I made the purchase through the website and after 5 days they sent me an email saying that the card payment method was denied and they are requesting ACH or Wire transfer. I do not recommend anyone to buy through this website.

Please READ these reviews people. They are REAL! I recently ordered a Vizio sound bar and was told I would receive the item that was in stock within 2 days. One week later I called and spoke with a representative and they charged my card $841.84 a second time. This first charge is still pending in my account today since June 9th! The item went on sale 2 days after I received the item for $110 cheaper and even though I already had an issue with them they would not even consider honoring the price. I did not receive a reply to my email about the price drop. I am now returning the item and would rather pay a higher price for better service. Also the item arrived in damaged packaging in a water logged box but of course they blamed that on FedEx
