Lori, our Grand Canyon South Rim shuttle bus driver, was THE BEST!! !! She was informative, knowledgeable, super friendly and always made sure her passengers and even those waiting were taking care of. She went out of her way to take care of my mother who needed wheelchair assistance never making us feel like an inconvenience. We had a successful and amazing trip because of Lori. We'll never forget her!

My grandson recently , during a visit to Grand Canyon, lost his wallet. The wallet was found by Paul Revere and it is on its way back-Intact! We can't thank P.R. enough for its honesty and special attention to this matter. It was a " Grand " relief. Our best wishes to Paul Revere Transportation.

Great service until the driver started interjecting his political views into the safety talk. "Not my rules, blame Fauci and Biden".
Unacceptable, inappropriate, and offensive, no matter what one's political affiliation is, it should be left at home. The second time this driver came around, I opted to wait for the next bus.
