I had a Writ of Summons done. It was served but I did have to followup several times. I am going to have to submit the Affidavit of Service to the court myself. They will serve the papers but you may have to check on things. They are nice on the phone. My experience with a different processor several years ago was that it was served the same or following day with the court getting the affidavit the day after it was served. For Patriot Process Service followup, otherwise things are delayed.
