Told them I was coming an hour and a half drive away to pick up the part. They didn’t have the decency to tell me which location to pick it up at so I had to go to all three. Then the part was defective so I had to drive all the way back to exchange. Asked them if they would be open Easter, they said yes the Indio location will be. Here I am and this location is closed and no one is answering the phone. Really sucks.

Great service. Don't be quick to judge the person over the counter because of their image. The place may need a little touching up but they value their customers who continue to go back for their quick & reliable service. I get all my parts here and will continue to do so.

They need to get better, i have order three times with them and the three times they have got my order mixed up, and than i have to wait for days, because they have to re-order it again,, they need to hire stuff that know their work, and not those young guys who cant even get an order right.. at the end Jr or scott have to step up and solve their problem all the time..
