Ordered a taxi for trip to Ohare for 2 passengers for pickup about noon on a Saturday. The driver was on time and pleasant BUT after a few blocks I realized there was no meter. I asked him about it and was told it's a flat $45 fee to airport. The pickup location was approx 4-5 miles from the airport (7-10 min drive).

The car interior looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The floor carpet was filthy, ripped and partially curled up from behind the front seat toward the back seat. There were misc personal items stuffed in netting on the back of the front seat, sticking out toward passengers in the back seat. .The car windows were all so filthy you couldn't see outside clearly.

I used to use Park Ridge Cab all the time to go to the airport. After this experience, NEVER AGAIN.

I reserved a ride with a driver, his name was Mohammad he had a really nice and clean ride. The ride is a bit pricey but worth it because with Mohammad you can guarantee that he will be there on time and that you will be at your destination on time

Last month I had a wonderful experience with service to OHare Airport. John, the dispatcher/driver, was polite on the phone, scheduling my ride. He then called the night before, after hearing the weather forecast calling for icy road conditions, suggesting that he pick me up 15 minutes before our scheduled time in order to be sure to get me to the airport on time. I was so impressed with everything about this service.

Ordered a taxi from Park Ridge Taxi, for Sunday morning 6 am pick up one person to Chicago O'Hare. Driver arrived in a regular car. NO meter in car but saw GPS on phone mounted on dashboard, only 10 miles...CHARGED $50! Do not accept credit card, driver said CASH ONLY! Only had $50 cash not able to give tip...driver put my luggage in the middle of the street at the departure terminal...a lot of traffic! This company is a SCAMMER...I will never use this taxi service and I am going to spread the word as much as I can.

I used the Park Ridge Taxi company to take me from my home in Park Ridge near Devon and Talcott to O'Hare airport early last Saturday morning. When we got to the airport and I asked for the fee the driver told me $52 as a pre-dawn rate. Seriously!!! Less than twenty minutes from the airport in early morning and the fee was $52. Driver did use a back-roads way to get to the airport rather than just entering the expressway on Higgins. I won't ever call them again.

This company is a joke. First they forgot I ordered a cab the night before. Had to call and remind them. Almost lost a flight.
Driver did not turn on the meter until we got to O’Hare. Then just in front of my eyes kicked the meter from $17 to $27. I’ve been taking this route at least once a month for 20 years. The cab was dirty and smelled horrible on top of the insult. The driver refused to give me his license number. Just got his name Mohammad Shojaci Rahnama. Intimidating, extremely rude, raised his voice when his practices we’re questioned. Did not help with pulling the suitcase from the trunk. Told me I can do it myself.
I called Par Ridge Taxi and their response was: “He does it all the time. Just do what you need to do”.
Stay away from this company. No standards. Unreliable cheaters. They don’t deserve one star.

DON'T EVEN CALL! I had asked three times just to verify if they have a car big enough to fit 8 luggages, 3 carry ons. They said yes! We will send a minivan. I asked are you sure? I have four passengers 4 adults 2 kids and 8 luggages, 3 Carry ons. What is insane is they send two small cars. CARS COMPACT CARS!!!!! And the second taxi is late. Mind you - I called this order in a day before. If you do not have resources please do NOT ABSOLUTELY NOT say yes we can do it. Not only was I late to my flight. My bags could not fit, my kids could not fit. This Park Ridge Taxi service does not deserve even 1 star. Misleading, unreliable, and just not considerate. You would absolutely think - if they couldn't fit 8 BIG luggages, and 3 carry ons.. YOU would simply say- Sorry unfortunately we can't do it. We are totally empathetic if someone can't make our needs. When you do this- you just lost a customer who strictly tries to use local businesses in our community.

We utilized this company via our hotel as the shuttle service was unavailable for our return trip back to our car. We got ahold of someone easily, and the dispatcher called us when the driver was about to arrive so we did not have to wait long in the cold outside.

We missed him drive by and were waiting for about 10 minutes outside in the bitter cold with minimal outerwear (we had just come back from somewhere very warm). When I called the dispatcher back to ask where our cab was, he was quite short with me, stating that the driver had been waiting and waiting for us and was about to lose his spot by the curb. He repeated the meeting location to me as if I were an idiot and did not understand what he was trying to say.This really soured the end of our trip. Obviously, we did not WANT to be waiting outside in the cold for this driver and legitimately did not see him at first. The dispatcher did not call us to notify us that the driver had been waiting. Ultimately, our hotel footed the bill due to the shuttle being out of service.
