The staff is very helpful, and friendly I like coming there over the post office. The copies are less expensive than at Office Depot. And you don’t need an appointment for the notary, like you need at the bank. I recommend this place!

Unfriendly employee wouldn't let me speak. Would rather wait in line at the post office than deal with ever again.

Edit to reply: there may be a confusion with someone else who also didn't have a good time there today because 1. I wish I got an apology over the rude eye roll to side eye and inability to let me speak. 2. I did not leave happy or I would not have left this type of review. She told me to print at home and that's exactly what I'm gonna do.

DHL asked me to submit a claim through this company since I went shipped through them. First, they said to leave my number and they’ll call me back but they didn’t. So I called a second time, couldn’t even explain my situation. Just kept cutting me off and saying there’s nothing she can do about it. Very unprofessional, learn some proper etiquette.

It was my first time sending anything overseas so I headed over here to use DHL.

Pamela was nice and extremely helpful in helping me fill out the missing pieces to the foreign address. Great service and the only downside is DHL's pricing, never knew it was so expensive to send a single envelope! lol
