Tyler holliday was absolutely amazing yesterday. He really uplifted my spirits and help me With looking for my lost items. He was very polite our conversation was uplifting. I would hope that all customer service reps would make me feel heard
the way that Mr hollliday made me feel. He made me feel like I was part of the family and he was really concerned about what I was going through. He was very thorough in the actions that he took to locate my missing items. Tina Fisher was wonderful! The wait to talk to an agent was a bit long, but worth it when I connected with her. My package had been marked for the wrong address by the delivery person, so I didn't get the code. Tina was able to track it down for me and give me the locker and kiosk so that my leasing company could open the locker for me. She was very friendly and quick to find my lost package!

When a separate issue arose — this time due to my own error with an international shipping address — Tyler didn’t hesitate. Without me even asking, he took the initiative to dig into the shipping logs, pinpoint what went wrong, and give me step-by-step instructions to contact USPS and intercept the package. He turned what could’ve been a total loss into a solvable situation.

On a day where everything else seemed to be falling apart, Tyler was the one bright spot. His calm, proactive, and genuinely compassionate approach reminded me what true customer service is supposed to feel like — thoughtful, human, and solutions-focused.

He didn’t just help me with a package. He turned my whole day around.

I reached out to customer support for an assist with a delivery that was left in the overflow parcel room of my apt building. The courier's site was showing proof of delivery along with a picture; yet, the driver did not send me a code to enter the room to retrieve my package.
