If I could put NO STAR I would. Booked a load with these guys yesterday to pick up today only to find out they had the same load posted for today. I had another truck in the same area so I inquired on it and the info was the same as the one I booked yesterday, only $300 CHEAPER! Questioned if it was the same load and the guy tries saying we didn’t answer his calls so he took us off. NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS OR EMAILS. Has the nerve to ask us if we want the load for $300 cheaper. I go to the thread with the woman we booked the load with and she LIES to us saying the load has been postponed. Unethical business. Reporting them to everything I can. As the other comments say, they will book you and string you along until they find a cheaper carrier. DONT LET YOURSELF BE DUPED!!

Relentless and annoying. I have asked to be removed from the calling list since January 2021. I still get calls to date (2022). I have no shipping department, nor will I. STOP CALLING ME.

*And It continues to this day! I have emailed, talked and begged them to stop wasting my time, but no. If I could give them zero stars I would.*

Very unprofessional. Booked load. Called back 3 times with excuses for more money. Would not respond to calls until our dock closed, then said they found a new load for more money earlier. Do not use, they will string you along and leave you no time to recover a load.

Listed physical locations are a USPS store and a UPS store. Neither place knew of the business. Spoke with a few dishonest people at Parakeet who didn't know either address and lied about company information. Seems like a poorly-run logistics call center. Anyone using them should be very, very wary of booking freight.
