The drivers are rude and they messed up and dropped it off at the wrong house and I didn't get my food and I didn't get a refund will never use them again horrible experience

They are faster than door dash. They are delivering the food while it's hot. And if the restaurant is out of something they always call us to find out if there is something else we want in replacement or they take the charge off. Plus most of the drivers are very friendly.

Fast and friendly
service. Food was delivered fast and hot. Employees are nice. Even called and let me know food was going to be late once waiting at restaurant on it. Will be using this service from now on.

edit: 6/17/23:
The service had been getting better recently but the past 3 or 4 times we've ordered, our order is either wrong or very late and cold. When the order is wrong, we've noticed that it isn't the restaurants fault because the restaurant's receipt will show the incorrect order; so it's P2G that's ordering the wrong food. I'm writing this as I'm waiting for yet another order that's currently 20 minutes past the longest delivery estimate.

the service has been getting worse and worse. my food was just brought to me by some very nasty looking person driving a hoopty with my food in his nasty back seat. my food was cold, soggy, stunk and just went straight in the trash.

Had a Paragould to go driver cut int front of me just to turn. There was no traffic behide. It was pouring down rain a made it harder to stop. Glad he needed my lane so fast. Thank you to the driver with a sliver car and handicap plates. I almost couldn't stop fast enough. I didn't even want to give a one star. And I want a better to report you
