My wife and I love PAPA RAYS!!!! We’ve been customers there for about 3 years and more recently Fridays have become “PIZZA FRIDAYS” but only from papa rays! Since moving to carpentersville I can still stop in on my way home from work! We are pizza lovers and it took us trying out a few places in the area before finding papa rays and them becoming our pizza spot!! Even though closer to home I have other pizza places we don’t even bother with them anymore……they do NOT compare!!! Everytime I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and a welcome back!!!

New ownership. Definitely better before. I used to eat here often but won’t be anymore. Charged me for a cheese fry and just got a small order of regular fries. The Italian beef grinder also had a funny taste. They used to be so good!!! Definitely a disappointment. Wish I knew it was under a new ownership before I ordered. Oh well..

This was my first and last time trying food from here. I spent way too much money for over cooked boneless wings that were hard as rocks. I ordered the food to go so I should've checked the food before I left but if you spend your money you expect the food to be cooked properly. The pizza was ok a little bland to me but the calzone was the only thing that was good and had flavor.

We were at the grocery store next door and decided to try their giant pizza slices with free drink. The place was empty so no long lines and it was clean. The cashier was nice.

Have had take out & delivery many times. Everything was delicious. My personal favorite is the garlic parmesan chicken wings! The owner is very nice & personable.
