Helped in a pinch situation, but they charged almost $100 to pick up a package down the road and ship. Didn't mind trying to get it out before Labor Day though they clearly had the package and told me they would ship out Saturday (which never happened). They took down my card info wrong and had to deal with calling back in to tell them my card number a second time. All around a very mediocre and expensive experience. Wouldn't choose to do this again.

tl/dr- Don't choose to ship something yourself. These guys, and any company offering this honestly will take advantage of that.

Editing to add that they did pack it very well, but still extremely pricey. UPS is even worse, so they have them beat.

Recently I won an item at auction in Oakland. I inquired with the local UPS store who would not take a poster out of the frame, but required an outside vendor to accomplish that. The result was nearly double what PakMail readily agreed to do, and then they properly rolled it with interleave paper, used a sturdy tube, and promptly shipped via FedEx ground. I was and am very pleased with their professional approach and execution.

Very friendly customer service.
They actually accept all USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL mail & package delivery service.
See photos of their service info on the wall. They have a lot of greeting cards to purchase on the floor and shipping materials too.
Also personal mailboxes as well.

I’ve been using this place for about 8 months to receive mail for my business and they haven’t let me down yet. Matt, in particular, has saved my butt many times and always goes out of his way to help. When I’m expecting something super important he’ll give me a call as soon as it comes in (I don’t think that’s a regular service but he’s just a really good guy). He seems to be running the show as he’s usually the only one there but if he’s not running the show, he should be promoted. I always recommend to everyone who needs it to get a digital mailbox here through “anytime mail”
I receive notifications through email and my app every time I receive mail and have the option to have it opened and scanned so that I can preview it. Their hours are great and I’m able to pick up my physical mail whenever. Once again, Matt is the guy to talk to, you can ask him anything. If I could do higher than 5 stars I would.

What a great team of people to work with when you are packaging and shipping important items! My items were professionally packed to very high standards and the price was very reasonable compared to what I have paid other packaging stores. Sandy was very patient with helping me find the least expensive shipping costs. The whole crew was responsive, caring and so helpful. I will definitely be going back.

I am very impressed with Pak Mail's customer service. I am writing this review under my wife's account so my apologies to Pak Mail that the name does not match the order. I own a small business in Naples FL. I purchased an item from auction and the house gave me a few recommendations. Pak Mail's responsiveness was very very impressive. From the first contact to them picking up the item the very next day. They gave me an estimate based on the information provided which I felt was also very very reasonable. I have not yet received the item but based on the reviews of past history and their response to emails, I have 100% confidence that the package will arrive safely.
