I was in desperate need of movers that were Available on the day of after being let down by original company that said they would be of service. The two guys Raymond and other was in and out within 2 hours. And when I say they know how to organize.. I had everything a 3 bedroom plus more and had a smaller size unit and they packed it perfectly leaving room for even more. I really do appreciate you guys and will be booking again

Used Pack man moving very recently and was told to get a 20 foot truck when he got there he told me I should have gotten a 26 foot truck which was false, also was told it would be two men loading and he called a 3rd man in and charged me for the third man without telling me I would be charged, also a part was damaged on my bed. I called and talked to Raymond and he said he would replace the part. When I ordered a new part and sent him the invoice he never responded to my texts afterwards. Leason learned will NEVER use this so called moving company again.

Will damage your furniture badly and lose the screws and washers needed to put back together. Didn’t take any precaution to protect furniture from deep scrapes and gashes. Recommended by my realtor at KW.

They were WONDEFUL!! My mom is moving into a small apartment from Mobile to Hoover and they had to come get some of her bigger furniture and they were so kind, friendly, and got it done within 1 hour. They took care of her furniture and belongings and were professional. Definitely recommend Packman Moving and Delivery LLC!!
