All of the NOTARY neon signs were on, but nobody was ever home. I went to several different businesses in Fresno and got the run around. I ended up having my divorce papers notarized by a bank manager who somehow forgot to fill out the forms completely and stamp the document. After having them sent back to me I found that the manager was no longer employed by the company and I was left high and dry. Luckily, I happened upon Packaging Solution. I was greeted immediately by an extremely pleasant employee and advised that their notary is actually on property during business hours. Not only was I able to get my document correctly notarized, I was also able to have it mailed out moments later. The staff was attentive, helpful and simply delightful. What a weight off of my shoulders! I got home and decided to call in to speak to a manager or supervisor to compliment them on their phenomenal service and had the pleasure of speaking to Brenda.Turns out she was not only the person who straightened out my paperwork (my savior), but she was the owner of the business. To say that my experience there was outstanding would be an understatement and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!

I have been using this company for shipping and notarization since it first opened. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the services they provide, and have always been efficient and courteous when helping me, and I have been there many dozens of times. I just looked at the reviews of the two persons who left 1-star ratings here. Consider this:
One woman who was not even a client of mine left 1-star rating about my business that was completely false. She even admitted to me later that she did it because she was angry at a client of mine, and she thought I must be a bad person because I represent that client. What she wrote in the review was complete fiction. Some people will leave a 1-star rating when they have no justifiable reason for doing so, sometimes just to be spiteful, not because the service was poor. People who leave ratings online can do it with impunity, because they are not accountable to anyone for false reviews. Always be suspicious of a 1-star rating. Look at all the 5-star ratings customers gave to Packaging Solution and draw your conclusions from them.

I went there like 4 months ago, the guy who was there (I think he's the owner) was really disrespectful to me, he yelled at me just because I didn't know how to ship an iteam out. But the lady who worked there is very very respectful and helpful.

The male owner should read Leadership and Self-Deception.

These folks are always prompt, taking the time to look up the various ways to ship and pricing so I can make a good decision. They have often put extra tape on my packages, once helping me redo a label that wasn't prepared correctly. Great service, the kind people refer to as no longer available.
